Hello friends!

1) Looking for Alaska by John Green:
John Green is known to have a wide audience that are mainly aimed at the younger generation, his style of writing is simple and based on genre of fiction. In looking for Alaska he uses various vocabulary but still makes sure the main point of the book is the subject focus. Mr Green writes in the point of view of Miles Halter through out the whole book, however John Green focuses on three characters in particular, one being Miles Halter who happens to be the guy whose seeking his great perhaps in his life and realises staying at home in Florida won’t give him a great perhaps, therefore he decides to join Culver Creek Boarding school, in order to get his great perhaps, John green describes Miles Halter to be a guy who has no clue on who he is and is trying to find himself through out the book, until he meets Alaska Young the girl whose a mystery to all, but has Miles Halters heart, and lastly The Colonel who happens to be the room mate of Miles Halter and his some his friend, even though they have a rough start they become stronger together later on the book.
this book and the characters are so intriguing it makes you want to read more of the book day by day until you finish it, its definitely a page turner, and if you’re into a mystery and a tragic love story then this book is for you.
favourite quote in this book:
” she loved mysteries so much that she became one.”
I like this quote so much because it described Alaska Young perfectly as a character in the book.

2) Fangirl by Rainbow Rowell
Rainbow Rowell’s style of writing is simple and enjoyable, she writes her characters in order for readers to relate with them, and each time you read the book you feel like you are the characters yourself. Fangirl was a very funny and heart warming book with Cath who just started her first year at college and happens to be a huge fangirl of simon & snow series and decides to create her very own fan fic, which is a huge success in the internet world, together cath and the readers meets new people in see her develop into being her own
favourite quote in this book:
“but there’s nothing more profound than creating something out of nothing”

3) Entangled by Cat Clarke-
Cat Clarke is definitely amazing creating a book that keeps you on edge by each end of the chapter, by wanting more and questioning yourself about what could happen to the main characters. this is a book that I have read two times, because its that amazing! if you want a book that’ll keep you hooked for the whole day this is certainly for you!
favourite quote in this book:
“that’s what I’m left with: just me. And that’s what scares me more than anything. Me.”

4) The perks of being a wallflower by Stephen Chbosky-
this happens to be a successful motion picture to, which I also love, but i would recommend you to read the book first in order to understand the movie in depth, since the books are always 10 times more detailed than the actual movie, since movies are only 1 hour and 45 minutes long, which won’t be enough to portray everything that was in the book.
The book itself was great when it came to intertwining with the books title, since they are genuinely great perks of being a wall flower, which made many readers more able to understand the characters. This book is definitely perfect for a short summer read that gives you all the feels.
favourite quote from this book:
“we accept the love, we think we deserve”

5) Love & Misadventure by Lang Leav-
if you’re looking for a bit of light reading then this book is for you, this book is full of poems about love in general with few illustrations by Lang Leav herself, you’ll definitely enjoy this book of poems, this is perfect for light reading, since the poems are sweet and short.
favourite poem in this book:
Afraid to love.
